Vendor Recommendations for Common Landlord Needs
I mention it many times throughout my website, but my goal with every client is to create a client for life. In order to earn that loyalty, I strongly believe in delivering results on a consistent, long-term basis.
One of the ways I try to deliver results is actually after the transaction ends. In reality, investment properties are made up of many components which deteriorate over time and need fixing. If you ignore these fixes over a long period of time you’re going to have angry tenants, legal disputes, financial troubles, and a really bad time. And when you finally go to sell that property one day, you’re going to leave many hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table.
So it’s critical that you have reliable vendors who do good, fairly-priced work and maintain solid relationships with your tenants. I know many of the best in the area, especially if you’re looking for a handyman, cleaner, HVAC specialist or painter. I find that these four vendor types provide critical services for a landlord, but of course I can help with additional needs including mold remediation, landscaping, snow removal and more.
