Property Sales During Divorce

I have done a handful of these over the years, and while they are always emotionally challenging to one degree or another, I do believe I have a unique skillset to help people in these scenarios.

What I have found is the sellers are going through a lot emotionally and they have to dedicate a lot of their bandwidth to the divorce process. There are attorneys, courts and agreements and sometimes children and other financial considerations involved.
