Selling a Condo in Medford, MA

Whereas towns like Cambridge and Somerville have extremely high demand for the vast majority of condo sales, this is not always the case for Medford condos. The Medford condo market can be a bit more up and down and with less overall interest. 

The result is you truly need an agent that understands Medford condos. For example, in some parts of Medford, it is totally normal for a condo to sit for 30 to 60 days before an offer comes along. In other parts of Medford, most condos will sell in one weeks time - assuming the condo is properly prepared and marketed.
