Renting / Leasing Your Units
If you are looking to rent your apartment in Cambridge, Somerville or Medford, I know of no other agent who is better equipped to help you than me. I have been working on renting out apartments every week for the last 5 years of my life. For some landlords reading this, you might think I’m crazy to live like this, but I genuinely have a passion for renting units and creating win-win scenarios for landlords and tenants.
By my count, I have rented 350+ apartments as of the writing of this article, with over 80% of those happening in Cambridge, Somerville and Medford. There are many rental agencies, with lots of young people looking to make a quick buck during the summer months. And that’s fine, but I take a very different approach to rentals. I am not in this for a summer or two, but instead I focus on building relationships with landlords for life.
For me, that means I provide a deep analysis of your property so that you understand what market rent looks like for your units. It also means I explain the pluses and minuses to stretching or reducing price. I also spend a lot of time vetting tenants to ensure a mutual win-win for all involved.
And finally, this means being honest and transparent with everyone I work with. I will let landlords know if their idea of rent is actually off by $500 or $600/month in EITHER direction. I will let landlords know if they are taking actions that could result in a lot of headaches for them and/or their tenants. Over the years, many landlords have trusted me to provide solid advice so they can make informed rental decisions.
