Somerville is one of my favorite places to invest right now. With the new expansion of the green line, there are a lot of new unlocked potential properties that have a lot of upside in my opinion.

But knowing which areas to target and what to look for in terms of layout, condition, and amenities is critical to ensuring you make a good buy.
